Spending a day at the beach is an ideal choice for vacation when you are in the town of Dubrovnik. The nearby islands also conceal the unthinkable beauties and charming sandy beaches of your dreams. The same is with the hidden sandy beach Saplunara on the island of Mljet from which, during the Dubrovnik Republic, the sand was extracted to be used later as a construction material. There is also the Šunj bay on the island of Lopud, 100 meters of shallow waters, ideal for the picigin game. Imagine yourself lying on the hot sand, catching sunbeams and drinking your favorite cold beverage along with the sounds of the sea and the singing birds...
Excursion itinerary
The recommended departure time is at 09:00, when the clients will be picked up outside the hotel they are staying in and transported to the boat anchored in the marina Orsan. Our first destination is the sandy beach Saplunara on the island of Mljet. Then we will go to the island of Lopud where we will have lunch around 13:30 , foreseen at the restaurant Obala in the Lopud port. After the lunch, around 16:30 we will visit the sandy beach Šunj, situated on the other side of the island. The foreseen return to the town of Dubrovnik is by 18:00.
